When you purchase an app from Google Play, your licence is linked to the Google ID that you were using when you purchased it.
If you upgrade your phone, it's important to make sure you use the same Google ID when setting up the new phone. TripView will check with Google Play to make sure it has been purchased by your current Google ID, and it won't start up if Google reports that it hasn't been purchased.
If you're receiving this error, adding your original Google ID to the new phone will resolve the problem. You can do this in the Android Settings app, under the Accounts section.
If you're not sure which Google ID you used to purchase TripView, you should be able to check on your old phone (also in the Accounts section of the Android Settings app).
